16 years ago, i got this wheel deal from a catalog, the cast button is too heavy to even think about using on a rough riding truck (f-250),-tumbles off (even with the 3 sticky pads between, that crush when horn blowing!) i notice there are 2 plastic lite alternatives now (more $), i just got the cheapest plain cap, about $9, no pads needed. -you get a 3-bolt hole adapter for this, the part # varies with vehicle you're using. -horn switch included but no cap. if they send a beat-up wheel, send it back! don't worry about just the cap, do like i did. --you should have prior mechanic experience to install this.
