I returned them because they wouldn't work for my fat tires Ebike. great product wish I could use them.These are well made. Easy to install/uninstall. These seem to be a better deterrent from other brands on the market. And if you follow the recommended way to properly lock your bike using this, thieves will REALLY have to work hard to steal your wheels.After 7 months of usage (1 month out of warranty), the axle just broke (see picture). I only tightened it with a deliberately small wrench and only hand tight so I doubt I overtightened it.There is no customer support phone # or email on Abus' site but I found an email from of a different Abus product area and they connected me with somebody from Abus Mobile Security. They asked me to send all receipts and the picture again and then stopped answering emails (that was 8 weeks ago). So I guess they don't give a ****.Worked well for the 7 months it did but I find it a bit expensive given that you have to buy 2 per year. And I got so much better customer service from some no-name Chinese companies than from this allegedly renowned German company.Simple and effective German engineering. You just have to make sure you face all of these on one side of the bike and then lock your bike with these facing toward the rack.Works great, easy to use/install. Living in a city with rampant bike theft, these give me peace-of-mind when my bike is locked up out of sight.I was very happy with he product overall until the rear skewer broke right around the thread. Fortunately, I was not riding my bike. It is exactly one day before the 30-day warranty protection window so I hope they come back to me either with a replacement item or a refund. I left a good review before but until if I do not get a response from the seller, this will be my updated review.Works great. Das macht einen fertigen Eindruck und funktioniert bestens.Leider hat Abus nicht berücksichtigt, das es durchaus Hinterbauten gibt die auch mal ein paar mm breiter sind.Und was aus meiner Sicht der eigentliche Fehler ist, die Unterlegscheibe von Abus ist sehr dick, spätestens dafehlen dann ggf. 2-3 mm für eine sichere Montage. Laut Abus soll hier ggf. die Ausführung noch ergänzt werden,für mich kommt das dann leider zu spät. Ansonsten wäre ich bei diesem System geblieben.Wer allerdings Standardabmessungen hat (das ist der überwiegende Teil) kann hier getrost zugreifen.Und noch ein großes Lob an den Abus-Support. Kompetent und freundlich, gibt es ja heutzutage kaum noch.Ich fahre den NutFix inkl. Stift (Spieß) seit fast ein Jahr ohne Beanstandung. Montage/Demontage mit schmalen 8-SW Schlüssel kein Problem. Für dein Fahrsicherheit ist zu beachten:- Zuerst die mitgelieferte Anleitung lesen und Hersteller-Angaben unbedingt beachten.- Mutter in Fahrrichtung festziehen.- Gewinde vom Stift und Mutter sollten frei von Fett/Öl sein.- Hersteller gibt an, soweit ich mich erinnern kann, die Mutter mit max. 8 Nm festzuziehen, das ist nicht extrem fest sondern nur leicht handfest. Zieht man die Mutter zu fest an droht der Stift natürlich abzubrechen: "Nach zu fest kommt ab".P.S. ich nehme an, und es sieht mir so aus als wäre das Produkt nicht für den MTB oder BMX Bereiche gedacht, sondern für Fahrer die im Stadtbereich gängig Radfahren und keine Kunststücke oder Sprünge machen.Installed and used the bolts for 3 months, all good at the beginning. But one day when I was on a bike trip, the bolt's metal thread broke and snapped into two pieces - seen as in the picture. THIS IS DANGEROUS! I wondered if it's Abus using cheap metal in defect design, or this shop is selling defected products. Requested a return&refund, knowing that I brought this a year ago which has passed the return time, but I only start using it 3 months ago, so it doesn't make sense to rust and break so quickly. Due to LIFE SAFETY matter, the seller agreed with the return but still no reply on the refund. Waiting for both the seller and Amazon to deal with the situation. Unfortunate experience.Die Idee ist gut. nur wenn das Rad liegt (Achse nahezu senkrecht) lässt sich die Übermutter mit kurzem Druck nach oben ziehen.Allerdings muss beim Festziehen unbedingt beachtet werden, dass sich die Übermutter ca. 2-3 mm drücken lässt, also bitte nicht zu fest!In der Waagerechten (beim Einbau) Abstand fixieren (z.Bsp. mit wiederverschließbaren Kabelbinder) da die Übermutter sehr leicht einrastet (fixiert) und man dann diese wieder nur in Senkrechten öffnen kann. :-(Einfach zu installieren, sauber verarbeitet und passen einwandfrei. Mit diesen Aufsätzen von abus hab ich wenigstens etwas mehr Ruhe und weniger Angst um meine teuren laufräder und kann das Fahrrad auch ab und zu mal kurz draussen abschliessen. Jeden Cent wert bisher.Man muss halt genau überlegen, wie man das Fahrrad abschliesst damit das nutfix System auch funktioniert aber ist alles auf YouTube erklärt.
